Our Director, Mr. Mohit Tiku, has been quite instrumental in bringing on board his rich experience of 25+ years in Sales, Marketing, Operations & Business Development. He is a BE with an MBA and has a good experience in startups. His interest lies in developing marketing strategies for various FMCG brands in modern, general and rural trade.
As a person, he prefers a more realistic approach combined with creative insight. He is excellent at taking up an idea and getting people enthusiastic about it. He works more intuitively, is quick to make decisions, and has a high action orientation. At times, he can be very persuasive in communicating his views, pushing them forward with an entrepreneurial approach, cutting across hierarchy if necessary, and drawing support from diverse quarters. Overall, he thrives best in an environment that provides a variety of new initiatives, particularly those that challenge conventional thinking or behavior.
His expertise lies in forming innovative strategies for rural framework, developing route-to-markets for B2B and B2C channels and strategizing & implementing programs across Modern Trade, General Trade & other channels for different FMCG companies.
